Shipping

• Shipping costs and additional insurance if you requested are the customer's responsibility and will be calculated at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.
• The Sewin' Bee is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages damaged after they leave our shop.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
• Completed orders should be picked up within 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
